الجلاش مهم في سفرة العزومات .. ولكن الطريقه دي سهله وهاتشرفكم جدا

ممكن تتقدم مع (رز بالخلطه - شوربة كريمه بالسعرية - صينية فراخ بالبطاطس بصوص الباربكيو )

المقادير :
١ مكعبات بصله كبيره
½ كيلو لحمه مفرومه (الكميه دي تكفي ٢ لفة جلاش)
ملح وفلفل وبهارات لحمه وقرفه وبابريكا وكبابه صيني وثوم باودر وزعتر -ورق لورا
مكعبات طماطم
مكعبات فلفل حار او بارد
شرايح زيتون
جبنه رومي
جبنه موزاريلا
وممكن جبنه كريمي لو حابين

زبده للدهن
خليط بيض مع معلقة زبادي ورشة ملح وفلفل
