نصف ملعقة صغيرة ثوم بودرة
نصف ملعقة صغيرة اوريغانو مطحون/ زعتر بري
نصف ملعقة صغيرة كمون
نصف ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة
نصف ملعقة صغيرة فلفل مطحون حار ومدخن
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة سكر بني أو الابيض
1 ونصف ملعقة صغيرة فلفل احمر مطحون
ربع ملعقة صغيرة قرنفل مطحون ناعم
1 ملعقة صغيرة بصل بودرة

مكونات فاهيتا الدجاج

1 كيلو غرام صدور الدجاج مقطعة شرائح رفيعه الحجم
بصل شرائح / 1 حبة كبيرة
فلفل اخضر مقطع شرائح / عدد 2
فلفل احمر مقطع شرائح / عدد 1
زيت الزيتون الكمية حسب الحاجة
وكل كمية البهارات المحضر سابقا
ويضاف الملح حسب الرغبة
وكمية من الجبن المبشور قشقوان او موزاريلا
ونحتاج الى خبز الخاص ب فاهيتا

مكونات صلصة افوكادو

حبتين من افوكادو/ يفضل يكون مستوي
ملعقتين كبار مايونيز
ملعقتين كبار عصير ليمون
يضاف الملح على حسب الرغبة
ملعقتين كبار زيت زيتون
