نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود
ملعقة ونصف صغيرة من الكزبرة
4 فصوص ثوم
ثلث كوب زيت زيتون

الخضار

حبتان من البصل
حبتان من البطاطس الكبيرة
3 حبات من الجزر

نحتاج

كيس حراري قابل دخول الفرن
قليل من الملح
3 إلى 4 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون
