Ingredients:
Mutton-1 kg
For Marination:
Onion - 600 gm (7-8 no)
Salt - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - ½ spoon
Red chili Powder - 1 spoon Coriander Powder - 1 spoon Cumin Powder - ½ spoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/3 spoon
Crushed Ginger Garlic - 2-3 spoons
Mustard oil - 2 spoons
Whole Garlic - 2 or 3
Mutton
For Tempering:
Mustard oil - 4-5 spoons
Bay leaf - 1
clove - 7-8
Black cardamom - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Mace flower - Some
Star Anise- 1
Dry red chili - 4-5
Green Cardamom - 4-5
