حلا السميد التركيالمقادير2.5كوب سميد ناعم ثلاث ملاعق زبده كبيره2 ملعقه كبيره زيتقشطه للحشوكاس كبيره شيره خفيفهطريقه التحضير نحط على طاوه على النار الزبده مع الزيت ونحط بعدها السميد ونحمره الين يتحمر بعد مايتغير لونه ويتحمر السميد نحط فوقه الشيره ونقلب لمده ثلاث دقايق ونقفل لمن يبرد شوي نحط في صحن التقديم بهذا الشكل الموضح يالفيديو السميد وبعدها نحشي قشطه وطبقه سميد ونقفله ونقلبه ونقدمه ونزين بالفستق طريقه عمل الشيره الخفيفه الي استخدمتهاكاس ونصف سكر وكاسين ماءطريقه الشيرهنحط السكر مع الماء ونقلبهم ونخليها تغلي لمده خمس دقايق ونقفل
